STORM SURGE
Sited across Dunwich Heath, Storm Surge is a triptych of temporary sculptures: waveforms marking three successive points on the predicted line of coastal retreat over the next hundred years.
Made from local birch and reeds cut from Walberswick marshes, the sculptures convey both the momentum of environmental forces and the potential energy for ecological regeneration.
